Do I need HR support if I only have a few employees?
Labour laws generally apply to small employers too, but small businesses rarely have an HR department. Getting policies and processes right early is usually easier than fixing problems later. Tell us what you have in place and we will tell you honestly what you need.
What should I do if an employee refers me to the CCMA?
Contact us as soon as you receive the referral. These matters have time limits, and the first steps matter. We can explain the process and discuss how we can support you. This is general information, not legal advice.
Can you help with a disciplinary hearing or a grievance?
Yes. Disciplinary and grievance support is part of our Labour Relations service. It helps to speak to us before you act, so the process is fair and properly followed.
