2. What information we collect

When you use the contact form we collect:

  • your name and email address
  • your phone number, if you choose to give it
  • the service you are interested in
  • the message you write to us

Our website host also processes standard technical information, such as your IP address, so that the site can be delivered and kept secure. This website does not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics.

3. Why we collect it

We use your information only to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide the services or products you ask for. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.

4. Who can see it

Your message goes to the directors of ServConnect. The website is hosted by Netlify, which processes form submissions on our behalf. Netlify may process information on servers outside South Africa. We only use providers that apply reasonable security safeguards.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry, and for up to 12 months afterwards. If you become a client, we keep the information we need to serve you and to meet our legal obligations.

6. Your rights

You have the right to ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we hold about you
  • correct or update it
  • delete it
  • stop using it, or withdraw your consent

7. Security

The website uses HTTPS, and we take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
